The main objective was to integrate a digital marketing communications campaign and sell the campaign to the client (CKC) to acquire their media account which was accomplished. This achievement allowed me to showcase my leadership & collaboration skills as the Account Manager where my main responsibilities included delegating tasks to my team members who were Media Planners and Data Analysts, implementing ways to build & maintain a positive relationship with the client, and identifying new opportunities to make the campaign effective & maximize profit within the media budget. The campaign consisted of a client & creative strategic analysis briefs, a customer persona, a media strategy, several digital media tools, a media budget, and a video pitch.

These were some of the main responsibilities conducted throughout this campaign:

  • Structured an expository plan to maximize assets of the media budget plan and obtain 10% of the overall cost in savings

  • Examined the brand’s website & social media platforms to develop marketing communication objectives, know the target audience, and utilize digital media tools & tactics to promote the brand

  • Implemented ways to impress the client to enhance trust and successfully win the media account
